1. General
We work with an online booking system for all our activities. It is possible to book a session on site, but we cannot guarantee that there will be space available at that time. Therefore, we strongly recommend booking online in advance for both the Cablepark and Aquapark.
Season ticket holders are subject to a reservation requirement and a no-show policy.
Please note: It is not possible to make reservations for our catering service.
You can plan all bookable activities up to 6 weeks (42 days) ahead through our website.
Only season ticket holders can book their sessions up to 14 days in advance.
For most activities, we ask you to be present at the reception desk 30 minutes before the start. This gives you enough time to change and be on time for the (safety) instructions.
The only exception is the Freestyle Cable.
Navigate to Nationaal Parklaan 1, 3650 Dilsen-Stokkem and follow the signs towards Gate North, where Terhills Cablepark is clearly marked. Note: do not drive via Vilvertstraat, this road is a dead end.
At the entrance to Terhills Resort, turn left into the free parking lot. From here it is about a 10-minute walk to the Cable Park.
It is possible to cancel or reschedule your booking 5 working days in advance. After that, the booking is final.
Yes, often they do. Only in cases of extremely bad weather and thunderstorms can activities not take place or are temporarily halted. These conditions are difficult to estimate in advance, so these kinds of choices are made at the time. There are two large covered terraces where you can sit dry and shelter from a rainstorm.
From 8 years of age you can participate in the water activities. So this applies to both the Aquapark and cable activities (kneeboarding, water skiing and wakeboarding).
No, it is not permitted to consume self-brought refreshments on Terhills Cablepark property.
No, we only ask for your name and what session you booked for.
It is currently possible to receive an invoice after the online booking, provided the correct invoice information is entered when creating the account on the website. Invoices are sent to the data entered in the account. So make sure (if possible) the business details are in the account when requesting a business invoice.
For groups under 20 people, you can make a booking in our online booking system and regular prices will apply. For groups of 20 people or more, we offer several customized packages. You can find these on our Groups page.
You are not allowed to swim outside the activities. You may only enter the water when participating in an activity. This is always with life jacket.
Leashed dogs are allowed on the decking and stone terrace, not on the sandy beach.
If you do not wear a wetsuit during the activity, swimwear is mandatory (for both the Aquapark and the Cablepark). Over your swimwear you always wear a life jacket, which is included with the activity.
A wetsuit is usually not necessary in summer, but can be pleasant in spring and fall. It is included as standard in the price.
At the Aquapark it is mandatory to wear water shoes with grip. These are also included in the price.
Burkinis are allowed at our location, including during activities. Over this, you will wear a life jacket.
Yes, there are a number of individual locker rooms inside the new building.
Yes, lockers are available inside the new building.
Yes, there are a number of individual showers inside the new building. There is also an opportunity to rinse off on the outside of the building.
The decking, indoor bar and stone terrace are wheelchair accessible. There is also a disabled toilet and changing room available.
2. Activities (Cablepark & Aquapark).
The Beginners Cable runs at a slower speed and is specially designed for beginners to get their first experience of water skiing and wakeboarding. Lessons and courses are offered here, where you will always receive instruction and guidance.
The Freestyle Cable is faster and includes several obstacles in the water. Only wakeboarders and water skiers who can start and lap independently are granted access here.
Please note: Day passes are only available for the Freestyle Cable. The Beginners Cable operates with one and a half hour sessions.
As a beginner you need to make a reservation for the Beginners Cable. We consider you a beginner if you are not yet able to start and sail laps independently. The Freestyle Cable is only open to advanced riders who have already mastered these skills.
No, day and season passes are only valid for Freestyle Cable.
The Beginners Cable works with sessions of an hour and a half, during which you receive instruction. However, you can book multiple sessions on the same day, such as through a course.
Yes! The Beginners Cable is used as a teaching course to teach the basics of wakeboarding and water skiing. Once you can start and sail independently, we recommend switching to the Freestyle Cable, even if you don't plan to take on obstacles yet.
Our instructors tailor classes to your level, so you always receive customized guidance. Each time you take a course, you build on your previous sessions.

You may always bring your own equipment! At the Beginners Cable, all necessary equipment is included in the price. With the Freestyle Cable also, with the exception of an obstacle board.
- Beginners Cable & Freestyle Cable: helmet and life jacket are required.
- Aquapark: a life jacket is required, but a helmet is not.
The minimum age for the Aquapark is 8 years old, under the condition that the child can swim. Supervisors are always present, so parents/guardians are not required to join the water.
