Floor Manager Cycle Center
For the Cycle Center, located at Terhills Resort by Center Parcs we are looking for a Floor Manager.
Function
- You will be responsible for planning, directing and training the Team Terhills Resort Cycle Center
- You will be responsible for rentals/sales during opening hours; see sales opportunities to achieve optimal results.
- You will ensure optimal guest approach and possible complaint handling;
- You will be responsible for proper execution of cycle center activities and related tasks;
- You will identify significant deviations, resolve them and report to management;
- You are empowered to make decisions on an ad hoc basis to ensure service to guests within the framework given to him;
- You will also take care of repairing, managing, maintaining the bikes, golf carts, boats and related items.
Tasks
- Creation of schedules
- Track/control hourly records
- Training and education of the Team
- Rental of bicycles, golf carts, boats, mini golf and related items
- Maintaining supply by maintaining and managing the bicycle rental/cycle center's assortment

- The cycle center floor manager enjoys interacting with guests and has a passion for cycling and related activities.
- The cycle Center floor manager is a people manager who gets energy from guiding and training the team.
- The floor manager cycle center has a focus on hospitality.
- The floor manager places a high priority on the quality of the department's offerings and responds to guests' wishes. Your knowledge of the department's offerings is such that clear advice can be given to the guests and you can supplement the department's hiring in terms of technology and product knowledge.
You are
- You are an all-round professional, with primary focus on guests.

- You have at least 2 years of recent and relevant work experience.

Function

Terhills Cablepark is a water ski and wakeboard track located in the Hoge Kempen National Park in Dilsen-Stokkem. The cable park is accessible to both beginners and advanced riders. Terhills Cablepark also has other facilities such as an Aquapark, beach, beach bar and restaurant.
